**NOTICE** July 28, 2026 – 11:00am – Customers in the Mountain City area may be experiencing a water service outage due to a water main break caused by the road construction. Crews are currently on site working to restore service as quickly as possible. Once service is restored, affected customers will be under a ‘Boil Water Advisory’ until further notice. Please check back for updates which we will post as they are available. Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this issue. **UPDATE** 7/27/26 7:30am – The Boil Water Advisory for customers in the area of Old 441 North from Roosevelt Circle to the intersection with new Hwy 441 North has been lifted.
