Effective August 1st, 2026, we will be switching to a new online billing platform. This new system will offer improved payment options and is designed to better serve our customers. You will still be able to access your account and make payments either online or in person, just as you have always done. Online account access will still be available through our website at Account Log In / Online Bill Pay – Rabun County Water and Sewer Authority or directly at EdmundsGovPay.com/RabunCountyWSA. When logging in to the new online payment system, you will need your Account ID number and PIN number, both of which can be found on your current bill. If you have any questions or issues with the new platform, you can always contact our Business Office at 706-960-9835, and our friendly staff will be happy to help you.
