To set up new service, please complete the RCWSA service application form. The application is available for downloading using the link below or can be picked up in person at our Business Office located at 137 Hiawassee Street, Clayton, GA 30525 during regular office hours, Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Completed forms, including all necessary documents, can either be dropped off in person during regular office hours or returned by mail to the Business Office.
You may also discontinue service either in person at our Business Office, or by phone at 706-960-9835, during regular office hours.
