4/24/24 NOTICE – We are required to monitor your drinking water for specific contaminants on a regular basis. Results of regular monitoring are an indicator of whether or not our drinking water meets health standards. We did not properly complete the required monitoring or testing for DISNFECTION BY-PRODUCTS (TTHMs & HAASs) during the 1/01/2024- 03/31/2024 compliance period and therefore cannot be sure of the quality of our drinking water during that time.

6/9/24 RFP – Sealed bids will be received by the Rabun County Water and Sewer Authority (RCWSA), Georgia (OWNER), for providing field investigation of water service lines and inventory documentation services in conjunction with implementation of Lead and Copper Rule Revision (LCCR) Compliance related to Lead Service Line Inventory and Replacement Program in accordance with the revised United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) Lead and Copper Rule. Bids will be received at the RCWSA office, 137 Hiawassee Street, Clayton, Georgia 30525 until 2:00 p.m. EST on July 11, 2024. Any bid received after said time and date of bid opening will not be considered by OWNER.
